Streamlight 69110 TLR-1 300-Lumen Rail Mounted Tactical Light, Black

Streamlight 69110 TLR-1 300-Lumen Rail Mounted Tactical Light, Black
Streamlight is a "hands-on" company . . . We Listen. We Learn. We Get It.

And we have been since the company started in 1973. We learn by doing; we understand what our customers need because we're out there doing what they do, using the same lights in the same ways. We go through firefighters' training. We take courses in low-light shooting. We're hunters, fishermen, outdoor and sports enthusiasts. We believe it's our hands-on, real-world experience that leads to new ideas and innovations that set Streamlight apart. Who knows what we'll come up with next?

Rail-Mounted Tactical Weapon Light

The Streamlight 69110 TLR-1 LED Rail Mounted Tactical Flashlight is an intensely bright, virtually indestructible tactical light that attaches to almost any gun in seconds.

This lightweight, compact, lithium battery powered weapon-mounted tactical light features shock-proof power LED technology with at least 2.5 hours of continuous run time.

The rail clamp is designed to safely and rapidly attach/detach from the side of a weapon with no tools.

A tethered battery door and latch mechanism prevents battery door loss while providing easy battery replacement.

The Streamlight 69110 TLR-1 Weapon Mount Tactical Light includes the following keys:

4

5

6

7

GL (Standard):

This key fits Glock or 'universal' rails. These have a cross slot about 5/32-inch wide. The Standard system key appears somewhat thinner than the Picatinny key.

MIL-STD-1913 'Picatinny':

The 1913 key is wider than the standard key. Slots are 0.206-inch wide. Some guns with a Picatinny rail still need a standard key depending on the construction of the rail.

Smith & Wesson 99/TSW:

This key has the bar extended farther back than the other keys. They are for rails having a non-standard (too short) distance between the slot and the trigger guard.

Beretta 90two:

This key looks like it has a Picatinny rail but dimensions are different.

M-Lights should not be used on the 90two and will fall off under recoil.

Streamlight 69110 TLR-1 Full Compatibility List:

Securely fits a broad range of weapons. Fits most existing light bearing holsters.

The recommendations listed apply to full-size weapons unless otherwise noted.

BERETTA:

  • Cx4 Storm (carbine/rifle)- 1913 key
  • Px4 Storm (pistol) - GL (Standard) key. note: M-lights are very loose
  • Vertec - New polymer key- 1913; Older aluminum key – GL (Standard) Key

CZ: P-01 - Should work with GL (Standard) key; (Not tested; based on similar European version)

FN: 5.7 (with Picatinny style rail) -1913 key

GLOCK: Any with rails – GL (Standard) key. Cannot fit Glocks that are not equipped with factory rails

HK:

  • USP (full size) uses our HK adapter 69085 with a GL (Standard) key.; (Compact) uses our HK adapter 69091 with a GL (Standard) key
  • HK P2000 is supposed to have Picatinny rail (NOT CHECKED)
  • HK P30 -1913 key

NOTE: The rail tilts down slightly from the bore. This may result in laser zeroing difficulty closer than 50 feet (depending on the tolerances of the pistol and laser).

KIMBER: TLE RLII (1911 with rail) – Picatinny key

RUGER:

  • KP345 – GL (Standard) key
  • SR-9 – GL (Standard) key

SIG SAUER:

  • GSR or 1911 Style with flat bottom rail - Picatinny key
  • ANY ALUMINUM FRAME SIG WITH A ROUND BOTTOM RAIL: Including the P220R, P229R, etc. The Sig round bottom rail departs from the true shape of both the 1913 and Universal standards and may cause an improper fit. The TLR will work with the 1913 key but THERE WILL BE DAMAGE to the finish of both the gun and the light. The retaining screw must be TIGHT. Newer Sig P series guns are supposed to have a true Picatinny rail. This has not been verified by Streamlight,
  • SP2022 - Polymer frame. Same comments as for aluminum frames, EXCEPT that the polymer frame is a little thicker and does not show marks from a clamp because it is molded from black material. PER SIG, the TLR with the 1913 key works.

SMITH & WESSON: On the TSW and 99 models, the slot is too far back for the standard key and requires the special S&W key. There are many different models of TSW, but as long as it's a TSW WITH A RAIL, it uses the S&W key. Smith & Wesson M&P autoloader takes the Picatinny key.

  • SIGMA – Cannot fit

SPRINGFIELD ARMORY:

  • Operator (1911 with rail) – Picatinny key
  • XD (4 & 5 inch barrels) – GL (Standard) key. Cannot fit 3” barrel.

WALTHER:

  • 99 - New (2004 models) FULL SIZE ones are nearly the same as the S&W 99 and use the S&W key. Older ones (no slot across the rail and the side grooves CLOSED in front) cannot be fitted with a TLR.
  • 99 Compact – Cannot fit. Rail is too short.
  • P22 – Cannot fit. Non-standard rail.

Streamlight is it for me!
5 Stars
Streamlight is it for me!
*Weapon is safe and unloaded*I’m extremely impressed with the customer service of Streamlight. If you’re looking for a review from a person that REALLY runs their gear, look no further. I was recently doing an urban combat course, it was pretty rigorous. I was climbing an obstacle and fell, with the majority of the impact landing onto the TLR-1. The weapon fell between my body, and concrete. I crushed the face cover, as you can see in the photo. The quality aspect comes from the fact that the LIGHT STILL RAN. I couldn’t believe it could take that type of abuse and still operate. I completed the course with a crushed light, without issue. What impresses me with Streamlight, is the fact that this accident was 100% my fault. I told a representative at Streamlight about the incident, and offered to purchase a new face for my light. The representative sent me one, free or charge. She said: “We want to make sure our products work, all the time.”… I was blown away. 3 days later, and I had the part. Good as new. I was so happy with the service that I bought a couple more to add to my course, and duty pistols. The light itself is bright enough to get the job done. The switches allow for you to manipulate the light by “sweeping” your trigger finger either up or down. One direction is a constant on. The other is a “hold to activate”… this makes it so you can flash an area and go “light off” again just by releasing your finger. It’s great to gain a quick advantage without revealing your position too much. The “constant on” selection stays put, and keeps the light activated during rapid fire, drops (haha) and day-to-day drills. The light is rugged, and survives strenuous work. My first TLR-1 was attached to one of my pistols, and it has held for well over 10,000 rounds without issue. A quick few turns, releases the light, so you can mount it on just about anything. The illumination and field of view within the beams parameter is outstanding. The outside portion of your natural point of aim also stays brighter, giving you a good view of possible targets in the corners, away from the light. Now, that being said… do yourself a favor and save some money in the long run by buying yourself a couple sets of rechargeable batteries, and a charger. It’ll save you a ton of grief. This light really is quite impressive. And as a person who works on range, and shoots four times a week… I recommend you try it.
